Active Alarms
Active alert will completely disable usage of your computer during your breaks. It will display a customizable image for the duration of your break. A small popup balloon will warn you 30 seconds before a break takes place and you can postpone the break for 1-9 minutes.
Passive Alarms
Passive alert will simply display a small popup balloon in the lower right hand corner of your screen letting you know it would be a good time to take a break.
